**Job Description**

Reporting to the Hospital President and the Vice President of Perioperative Services for the Mount
Sinai Health System, the Vice President of Perioperative Services for Mount Sinai Hospital is
responsible for the clinical services within Perioperative Services. Accountability includes overall
planning for nursing and multidisciplinary patient care delivery to ensure high quality professional
nursing practice and multidisciplinary patient care through the development of mission, vision,
strategic plans, quality assessment and improvement programs; education and research efforts;
patient care standards; and resource allocation and financial management to assure quality of
patient care.

**Qualifications**

+ • Minimum of 10 years of leadership in a large, matrixed company or organization in Health
+ Care.
+ • Education: Bachelors and Master’s in Nursing Care or Master’s Degree or Medical
