As the VP of Operations, you are responsible for leading all Operations areas for Rolls-Royce Solutions in Aiken, South Carolina. This role has direct responsibility for production, maintenance, and facility management, while coordinating across Quality, Logistics, and Reman/Overhaul to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
