Job Summary
The Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management is an individual contributor responsible for performing financial analysis and preparing underwriting documents to support complex, multimillion-dollar corporate credit requests that grow funded assets and Key's client base, while maintaining asset quality within a moderate risk profile. These requests include obtaining initial approval for new, often multi-faceted, credit exposure (e.g., revolving credit facilities, terms loans, leases, foreign exchange products, derivatives products, and other ancillary products) and amendments to existing exposure. Additionally, the Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management will be assigned a portfolio of high-value corporate clients (often with a significant number of Left Lead and highly complex deals) for which they will take ownership of ongoing credit monitoring and risk rating, negotiating and reviewing legal docu...
