WMATA is seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our Quality and Internal Compliance program! As the driving force behind our commitment to operational excellence, the Vice President, Quality Assurance, Internal Compliance & Oversight (VP/Quality) will lead and develop strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards across all departments. In this role, you'll oversee quality assurance and control efforts, enforce policies and procedures, and manage audits to maintain alignment with WMATA's goals. You'll guide a team, implement robust systems, and engage with key stakeholders, including federal and state agencies, to ensure continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. This position will be based in either New Carrollton, MD, or Alexandria, VA, with a Monday through Friday, onsite work schedule.
