Job Purpose You are required to provide support to the Underwriting Team that involves liaising with reinsurers on underwriting guidelines, campaigns, and audit, and to co-ordinate and facilitate internal quality assurance. You are also required to provide underwriting support for all individual product lines in New Business Underwriting.
Job Responsibilities - Participate in the development and refinement of underwriting policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with established underwriting guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with reinsurers to develop and implement underwriting campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with reinsurers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
