Overview

We are a software solution provider building AI voice agents for the call center and BPO industry. Our platform integrates with VICIdial and Asterisk based dialer systems to power AI driven outbound calling for our clients. We are looking for an experienced VoIP engineer to support and expand our VICIdial integration work.

You will be working alongside our existing team to strengthen how our platform connects with client dialer systems, troubleshoot call routing issues, and help us scale integrations as we onboard more call centers.

What you will do

• Set up and configure VICIdial and Asterisk environments for new client integrations
• Work with ARI and AMI to manage call flow between our AI system and client dialers
• Troubleshoot SIP trunking, call routing, and latency issues
• Support warm transfer logic between AI agents and human closers
