Key Responsibilities

• Develop video formats and frameworks tailored to each client brand, designed for optimal performance across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
• Translate complex brand narratives into engaging, easy‑to‑digest content that resonates with audiences.
• Stay on top of platform‑specific trends, viral moments, and content formats to create timely and relevant videos.
• Collaborate with creative and campaign teams to contribute to content strategy and ideation.
• Produce between 30-60 content pieces per client per month (typically managing 1-2 clients during initial ramp‑up).
• Optimize videos for reach, retention, and conversions across platforms.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand voice, goals, and creative direction.
