IT Responsibilities: · Ensure IT support and evolution of the North America activities of Petit Forestier. · Liaise with North America business and Group IT entity to ensure respect of quality standards and support the business. · Lead local projects related to IT and coordinate rollout of Group IT projects. · Administer and maintain: o Environment: O365, Windows o Applications: Office 365, Igloo, Salesforce o Infrastructure: LAN/WAN, IP network, Switching, Tunneling, NAS, Palo Alto · Conduct network troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues. · Manage, maintain and update copiers, printers, and fax machines. · Maintain all local software and hardware licensing to ensure compliance. · Support implementation of infrastructure changes and upgrades. · Recommend software and hardware solutions, including upgrades and acquisitions. · Provide training and support to employees as needed. · Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations. · Manage IT-related purchasin...
