Responsibilities - Maximize and exceed guest satisfaction by providing highly personalized, efficient, and responsive service with attention to detail and anticipation of guests’ needs.
- Take ownership and leadership of all assigned villas, supervising, directing, assisting, and ensuring cleanliness and maintenance.
- Act as instrumental in achieving the organization’s goal of providing the highest professional standards of service to guests.
Qualifications - Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Butler or Villa Host
- A friendly and outgoing behaviour
- Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently
- Strong decision making abilities
