We're a US-based business (IT staffing + residential real estate + family operations) looking for a sharp, reliable Virtual Assistant to take a wide range of recurring and one-off work off the owner's plate. You'll work independently from a simple task app, communicate clearly with US vendors and tenants (over phone, whatsapp or calls) , and use good judgment about when to act vs. when to check in.

What you'll do

• Coordinate contractors & vendors for rental properties — get quotes, schedule, follow up
• Track lease renewals, gather documents, monitor portals
• Support IT-recruiting operations — CRM hygiene, submission tracking, data pulls
• Manage scheduling, email/calendar triage, document prep, and household/admin tasks
