The Role

We need a sharp, self-driven Upwork Bidder & VA who can win clients through compelling proposals and keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Part business development, part execution.

What You Will Do

• Research and bid on relevant Upwork projects daily
• Write personalized proposals that win clients
• Manage client communication from proposal to kick-off
• Support leadership with emails, scheduling, and follow-ups
• Handle data entry, research, and internal coordination

What We Are Looking For

• Bidding experience with proven wins
• Strong understanding of Upwork's algorithm and JSS
