Job Description

• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Resolving customer inquiries/requests
• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
• Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
• Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner
• At least 1 to 3 years in a user-facing or back of house airline industry or travel agency role
• With in-depth experience with Sabre/Amadeus GDS
• SHS (K12) or HS grad (old curriculum), undergraduate, college graduates are welcome to apply
• Must have Excellent Communication Skills
• Willing to work on site - PASIG CITY
