Overview

This role assists clients and Operations Team with inquiries related to visa and passport applications and renewals. The Visa Officer is responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of clients online and on-site travel document applications.

Responsibilities

• Handles visa and passport related inquiries and processes all application and renewal requests for the company.
• Verifies the completeness and accuracy of all required documents for visa and passport processing.
• Communicates and follows up with clients regarding deadlines for requirement submission and the release of visas or passports, ensuring strict adherence to timelines.
• Liaises with various embassies, Bureau of Immigration (BOI), Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), and other government offices to verify and coordinate legal documents for visa and passport applications and renewals.
