Position Overview

Will be working as a support for the Immigration Specialist in administrative tasks for visa applications. 
Liaise in following up with applicants for visa application requirements. 
Gather, review, and assess necessary information and requirements, ensuring everything is in place. 
Ensure all required documents are provided and complete. 
Draft and prepare supporting documents for visa applications. 
Endorse completed visa application forms for payment. 
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders for oth 
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field 
Experience in visa processing, immigration support, or administrative work is an advantage. 
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents. 
Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
Good verbal and written communication abilities.
