Vision Software Engineer About the Role The Vision Software Engineer will develop computer vision and image processing algorithms for Transcelestial’s satellite payloads and space systems. The Vision Software Engineer will also support computer vision requirements for space missions by fixing issues and introducing improvements.
Responsibilities As a Vision Software Engineer, you will:
- Take ownership of the computer vision and image processing architecture for an initial upcoming satellite mission and terrestrial deployments, guiding the team with your practical experience
- Interact closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure mission requirements (specifically regarding pointing, acquisition, and tracking) are clearly communicated and executed
