Teach East in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Early Years leader to drive curriculum implementation and team development across our EY/Foundation Stage settings.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of EY teaching, 2–3 years of leadership, and strong expertise in play-based and inquiry-led learning with a solid commitment to safeguarding and inclusion. UAE regulatory familiarity and bilingual collaboration are advantageous.
