Job Summary



The Visual Merchandising Associate is responsible for executing and maintaining high-quality in-store visual displays that enhance product presentation, strengthen brand identity, and support sales performance. This role ensures that all merchandising standards are consistently implemented across assigned retail stores.



Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Styling, or Fashion Apparel Industry

Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework (preferred but not required)

Strong sense of aesthetics, fashion styling, color coordination, and spatial design

Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Willing to do field/store assignments and travel if needed

Strong communication and teamwork skills
