Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets from pre-deployment through to completion. Track actual costs against approved budgets and forecasts to identify variances early. Implement corrective actions where cost overruns, scope creep, or inefficiencies are identified. Enforce compliance with approved commercial approvals, cost baselines, and financial controls Provide clear, accurate, and timely reporting on project cost performance and risk exposure Work closely with Project Managers, Construction Engineers, and Construction Managers to ensure alignment between scope, cost, and execution Identify financial, contractual, and cost-related risks across the project portfolio<
