Job Description

You will be responsible for the following:

• Preventative and breakdown maintenance on heat treatment furnaces.
• Electrical fault finding.
• Mechanical maintenance.
• General plant maintenance.
• Repairs on pumps, motors, conveyors and associated factory equipment.
• Assist with continuous improvement projects.
• Standby every third week after probation.
• Work closely with experienced maintenance staff to learn the specialised furnace processes.

Qualifications

• Trade Tested Millwright

Skills

• Ideally 3 years post-trade experience.
• Gas systems knowledge.
• PLC fault-finding.
• Pneumatics and hydraulics.
