Summary
The NICE CXone Engineer will be responsible for the implementation of new operations teams, product feature enhancements, maintenance and updates, as well as identifying, documenting, and reporting issues with design, reliability, and maintenance to management before taking corrective action. The NICE CXone Engineer will work directly with contact center leadership as well as through support cases to ensure timely status updates, communication, process improvement, and root cause correction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing Contact Center Software and tools efficiently (i.e., CX ONE User Hub, ACD, IVR, Performance Management, WFM, QM)
• Assisting with implementation, and management of the CCaaS system, ensuring that Service and peripherals are optimally configured to match business processes and meet business needs
