As a Volunteer Experience Specialist, you’ll play a key role in recruiting, training, and retaining the incredible volunteer trainers who deliver Girl Scouts programming across San Diego. Partnering with the Volunteer Experience Manager, you’ll ensure a seamless, high-quality journey for volunteers—from onboarding and screening to ongoing engagement.

What You’ll Do:


+ Develop and maintain engaging training frameworks aligned with local and national standards
