Empower Simcoe is looking for passionate individuals to join its Foundation Board of Directors. This volunteer position involves providing governance oversight while developing policies to support fundraising efforts. Members will dedicate approximately 3-4 hours a month to meetings and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in regular monthly board meetings
• Engage in training and skill development
• Support evaluation of fundraising policies
• Promote Empower Simcoe’s initiatives in the community
• Assist in fundraising initiatives and activities
Requirements:
• Age requirement of at least 18 years
• Commitment for 2 years, possible reappointment for 4 terms
