IMC supports integrated programs in 25 countries worldwide, ranging from primary and secondary health care to emergency preparedness and response, to specialized services such as dialysis and trauma care. At the core of these programs is capacity building to improve quality of services for beneficiaries, and build resilience among health care workers, non-health professionals, and the community.

As part of these efforts and in line with IMC’s Operational Framework to enhance the impact of our programs, IMC is engaging volunteer instructors from various backgrounds to travel to IMC country missions, temporary programs, and emergency responses to provide clinical or non-clinical training as needed depending on the context.
