The Volunteer Management Executive is responsible for developing and implementing SANA's volunteer management strategy, ensuring alignment with the organisation's mission to support persons recovering from drug addiction. The role entails recruitment, onboarding and training, engagement, retention, performance review as well as stakeholder collaboration for SANA's pool of volunteers, which includes, inter alia, SANA Kakis (befrienders), Peer Leaders (persons-in-recovery) and Religious Group of Volunteers (RGV).
