Job Responsibilities - Contact and follow up with potential volunteers/leads provided by the company.
- Explain clinical research study requirements and eligibility criteria to prospective participants.
- Conduct preliminary screening of volunteers based on study requirements.
- Schedule screening appointments and study visits.
- Maintain accurate participant records and databases.
- Respond to enquiries and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure recruitment targets are achieved.
Requirements - Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
