Summary:


The Vice President of Surgical Specialty Care – Administrative provides enterprise-level operational and financial leadership for Surgical Specialty care services (e.g., Orthopedics/Sports Medicine, Gastroenterology, etc.) across the Northern Light Health Provider Network. This role is accountable for overall systemwide performance that includes quality, access, growth, and financial sustainability of Surgical Specialty care practices. In dyad partnership with the Physician Executive of Surgical Specialty Care, this leader ensures effective operational execution of care delivery models that support high-quality and patient-centered value-based care, aligned with system strategy and organizational priorities.
