The **VP, Residential Real Estate Risk – Collections** is a senior risk professional responsible for the strategic direction, governance, and performance oversight of early-stage collections and post charge-off recovery across Citi's owned mortgage and home equity portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of quantitative strategy development and hands-on stakeholder engagement — serving as a key risk partner to sub-servicers, operations, finance, and control functions across US Retail Real Estate.
