Structuring & Risk Mitigation
Review proposed transaction structures to ensure appropriate risk protectionsAnalyse advance rates, borrowing bases, eligibility criteria and concentration limitsAssess covenant packages, triggers, cash controls and amortisation featuresDistinguish risk characteristics of NAV and asset‑backed lending versus subscription facilities
