**The Opportunity**

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Vice President of Development for Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection for Europe, Africa and the Middle East to support the continued expansion of the **Hyatt Inclusive Collection (HIC)** and our growing portfolio globally. In this role, you will play a critical leadership role in driving on the strategic expansion of our HIC hotel brands through Development initiatives and deal signings with owners. The position is dedicated to facilitating Hyatt’s HIC growth, with 70% of responsibilities centered on development activities while the remaining 30% will involve managing owner relations and addressing their needs effectively.
