About the Role

We’re looking for a

VP of Engineering and A I to lead and scale our engineering organisation through its next phase of growth.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will define the technical vision, build and scale high-performing teams, and ensure we deliver reliable, scalable, and innovative products. While you will stay close to architecture and key technical decisions, your primary focus will be on

building systems, teams, and processes that scale .

If you’re currently an Engineering Director or Senior Engineering Leader who has led teams, owned large systems, and driven org-level impact and are ready to take full ownership of engineering strategy, this role is for you.
