Strategic Planning

1. Establish divisional KPI based on organizational scorecard and cascaded down the teams for HBB & B2B Planning task
2. Manage division budget based on work-plan and control the utilization/realization of it

HBB & B2B Network Planning and Solutions

1. Capture HBB & B2B business requirements and align with stake holder internally IOH and CKH/OG counterparts, ensuring that the local requirements of IOH are taken into account and the right solutions aligned with B2B business objective in 1 -5 years roadmap.
2. Align with HBB & B2B and all stake holder including subsidiaries to have synergy and best solutions and ensure the solution is feasible, implemented and operational running smoothly and competitive in the market. Target FMC (fixed Mobile Convergence) to lock the customer always stay with IOH is the ultimate target
