We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **VP II - Insurance** .

**In this role you will:**

**Impact on the Business / Function**

+ Proactively identify commercial insurance business opportunities and provide excellent direct sales services to customers, engaging CMB RMs and/ or other frontline partners. Convert these opportunities into real income at a high closing ratio with revenue targets being regularly achieved/exceeded.
+ Manage the department’s key relationships by providing excellent after sales service and identifying untapped business opportunities, thereby growing/ maximizing customers’ I&I wallet share in accordance with customers’ requirement.
