Provides learning opportunities to foster and develop the professional competencies of employees in APAC
Facilitates and executes strategic learning and development initiatives that will accelerate SMBC’s competitive advantage
Creates new training platforms/ framework/ contents/ delivery to facilitate the knowledge transfer in SMBC
Conceptualises, designs and delivers learning solutions as part of the Training Needs Analysis cycle or in response to ad-hoc and bespoke requests from stakeholders
Acts as program person-in-charge (PIC) and be accountable for courses assigned, to ensure quality, effectiveness and relevancy to employees' needs and business' priorities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in learning design, delivery and evaluation of solutions and programmes in a mid to large scale regional set-up, working experience in financial services industry...
