Position Overview

We are looking for a VP Of Customer Success to lead the post-sales experience for a growing B2B SaaS platform in the proptech space. You will combine strategic customer leadership with hands-on ownership of onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion for mid-market and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities Lead the full post-sales customer lifecycle across onboarding, implementation, adoption, retention, and expansion. Manage and coach a small Customer Success team while staying close to key customer relationships. Own strategic relationships with enterprise customers, key accounts, partners, executive sponsors, and daily stakeholders. Build structured onboarding and implementation processes for larger and more complex customers. Coordinate workflow mapping, platform configuration, data setup, training, launch planning, and ongoing adoption. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to improve customer experience and internal processes.
