This team plays a critical role in ensuring our programs are market-leading, compliant, and designed to support Pega’s culture of innovation, inclusion, and high performance. Global Total Rewards and People Services at Pega sits at the center of how we attract, reward, support, and enable our global workforce. Our team partners closely with senior leadership, Finance, Legal, and the Board of Directors to design people programs that are competitive, scalable, and aligned with Pega’s long-term business strategy.
