Run the operations of the company alongside the CEO.

• Owns planning, business operations, KPI cadence, legal, org architecture, and the teams that make Platzi work day-to-day. Keeps all the moving parts running on a clear rhythm.
• Manages Payroll and the Head of Ops.
• Owns what makes every team accountable to a number, and pushes for the right people at every level.
• Goes into detail to find the answers.
• Understands the why behind everything, questions unknowns, and pushes back on ambiguity. Gets to the root and forces clarity.

Who you are

• 10+ years of experience in tech and/or startups.
• Ideally a former founder or senior operator.
• English and Spanish fluent.
• CDMX or BOG.
• MBA welcomed; equivalent experience accepted.
