About the opportunity

We’re hiring a hands‑on VP, Product & Innovation to lead product strategy and execution across our lending portfolio. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll own the roadmap, lead 2 Product Managers, 1 Business Analyst and work closely with Sales, Credit, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Data, and Technology to improve the borrower experience, modernize lending workflows, and drive practical product innovation.
