**Role Summary/Purpose:**

This role will lead a team of field sales managers, located in the West Coast Region, sell their partners on the benefits of their credit programs to accomplish/exceed credit goals within an assigned regional area of the country. They hire, mentor, coach, counsel, co-travel and train field sales personnel.
