Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end operational infrastructure across Sales, Marketing, Customer, Creator Ops, Enablement, and Dev & Integrations
• Manage pipeline mechanics, forecasting, territory design, lead routing, and deal operations
• Drive accountability for renewal and expansion operations across the client lifecycle
• Establish operational cadence including weekly performance reviews and quarterly planning
• Serve as a senior operational partner to the CRO, CMO, and CFO
• Own revenue enablement strategy and tools for go-to-market teams
• Manage and develop a team of Directors and senior managers
• Evaluate and modernize the tech stack, including Salesforce and HubSpot
• Drive adoption of AI-powered workflows and automations to accelerate business functions

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in revenue, sales, or business operations in SaaS or technology
