As VP of Sales Engineering for EMEA, you'll lead and scale the technical pre-sales function across one of Rubrik's fastest-growing regions, building the team and operating model that helps EMEA's enterprise customers understand exactly why Rubrik is the defining platform at the intersection of AI, data, and cybersecurity. This is a rare opportunity to own the technical dimension of a region at scale — shaping strategy, developing world-class SEs, and sitting at the table where the biggest deals are made.
