Role Description

You will be a member of the MEA Management team, reporting directly to the Cluster President and representing the MEA region. Your responsibilities include leading, developing, and securing a high‑performing Service Operations organization aligned with Alfa Laval's culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Elaborate and implement the workforce and facility footprint strategy for the cluster.
• Improve operations efficiency, securing technology leadership and price competitiveness.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
