Responsibilities

• Define and lead KnowBe4's global Talent Management strategy, integrating L&D, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Own the end-to-end performance management lifecycle, including goal-setting, review cycles, and calibration processes.
• Design and execute global hi-potential identification and succession planning programs for critical leadership roles.
• Build career development frameworks, including competency models and internal mobility programs.
• Oversee the design and delivery of all manager and employee development programs, from onboarding to leadership development.
• Optimize talent technology platforms, driving full integration with Workday to create a seamless talent experience.
