VP/Managing Director - Expense FP&A
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Finance leadership to the organization to support strategic decision making
- Influence the financial performance of the company by proactively delivering thoughtful insights to senior leadership related to measuring and enhancing the productivity of the company’s resources
- Lead the development of business cases for proposed strategic investments and evaluate their progress and performance relative to expectations
- Provide thought leadership on approach to articulating operating expense performance to internal and external stakeholders
- Lead effort to integrate headcount and operating expense performance reporting across the organization by driving adoption of systems and standardization of approach across teams
- Build and maintain unquestioned credibility with the company’s senior leadership team while frequently interacting with them
