Position Overview

Waiter (Chef de Rang)

Your responsibilities

  • Provide welcoming and sales-oriented service in restaurant, bar, lounge and sundeck
  • Ensure correct use of Wait Order System (WOS)
  • Execute all F&B activities including functions and special events
  • Ensure cleanliness of restaurant, bar, pantry, lounge, sundeck according to HACCP standards
  • Participate in onboard training programs and daily menu presentations
  • Handle inventory and establish par levels, assist in other departments as required

Our requirements

  • Minimum High School diploma; hospitality-focused degree is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years experience in upscale cruise line or hotel bar operation
  • Fluent in English with excellent oral communication skills
