SUMMARY As a Waiter / Waitress Supervisor at Oak & Ember, you will lead and oversee the Front of House team to ensure exceptional service and smooth daily operations. This role involves supervising shifts, training and mentoring staff, coordinating with internal teams (kitchen and bar), resolving guest concerns, and upholding our commitment to service excellence.
