Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Welcoming and seating guests
- Taking food and beverage orders from guests
- Having knowledge of the general wine, beer, and alcoholic beverages the club serves
- Able to give suggestions based on customers' preference
- Always maintain a clean and tidy area
- Handling multiple tables and tasks in an efficient manner
- Transport is provided
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, team player
- Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
- Able to work night shift, weekends and holidays
- Approachable, with a professional appearance
- Have an eye for detail and understanding guests' needs
