Job Summary This role combines front-of-house service as a waitress with housekeeping duties
Key Responsibilities - Provide discreet, professional service including setting and clearing tables and presenting a polished dining experience.
- Prepare and present hot and cold beverages; assist with light food preparation and plating as required
- Maintain dining areas before, during and after service: polish cutlery and glassware, lay tables to required standards, refresh linens and ensure crockery is clean and correctly stored.
- Carry out general housekeeping duties including bed-making to a high standard when required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times; respect the privacy and preferences of guests.
Requirements - Previous experience in hospitality, waitress or housekeeping preferred but not essential; on‑job training will be provided.
