Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA).3/12 shift per week plus 4 hours of admin time per week.About 25-40 patients per 12 hours shifts staffed by 1 to 1.5 FTE providers.Will be seeing all ages.% Outpatient setting.Support from Medical Assistants and RN's.Seeking providers with at least one year of experience in the ED/urgent care setting.Starting at $K/year with productivity and non-productivity bonuses.Full benefits include health, dental, vision, disability, CE allowance, PTO, and more!Please Refer to Job ID #
