A vacancy has arisen at the Urology Ward, Churchill hospital for a motivated individual who would enjoy working in a challenging busy environment providing a comprehensive administrative service. The post holder will work closely with the ward manager and all relevant staff members.

The applicant must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with a diverse range of people in a sensitive and confidential manner. Good organisational and IT skills are essential and experience of EPR ( Electronic Patient Records) would be an advantage. 

Act as a first point of contact in person or on the telephone for patients, relatives and visiting staff, welcoming them to the ward and dealing with any , insurance and parking.
 Assist patients who may wish to claim expenses.
 Print off theatre lists and maintain ward diaries
