Position Overview

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure shipment preparation meets customer requirements, including physical arrangement and lead time.
  • Communicate customer and special requirements to warehouse teams for execution.
  • Support and coordinate cross-functional operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Liaise with Customer Service to obtain shipment instructions and invoicing cut-off times.
  • Act as a key user of SAP (LUXASIA) for shipment, order processing, returns, and fulfillment activities.
  • Ensure all store transactions are completed accurately and updated on time in inventory systems.
  • Record operational data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support performance monitoring.
  • Handle and distribute operational documents to relevant departments.
